Shipping is not always accurate and we hope our customers understand that the delivery and shipping dates can always vary.

In the United States, all 50 of them, minors may purchase condoms just like legal adults can. That also includes minors who are not above a given state's age of consent.  

Refund Policy

Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items. Please note that due to final clearance, hygiene concerns, certain items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Kindly double check that the items you wish to return do not fall under this list. All sale items are final sale.

Due to the nature of our product and to hygienic reasons., there are no refunds, returns or exchanges on all male hygiene products including condoms.

Occasionally a heart may require additional attempts of bending the disc. If you have attempted all of the tips listed on our site and you believe your heart is defective, contact us at support@cherryblossomsubscription.com.

Heating Heart if exchangeable at no additional fee if packaged was delivered damaged within 5 days after been shipped. For a free exchange, we need the damaged heating heart product to be returned so we can send the new heating heart product. We will not send a new heating heart until the damaged hearting heart has been received for an equal exchanged. If Heating heart is damaged at any time within 12 months we can send you a new one by only sending us the damaged product, a $9.95 money order and a copy of receipt to "Cherry Blossom Subscription" at Return Item Dept. 8661 Baseline Rd suite 249, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.  We will send a new heating heart at no additional cost. Cherry Blossom Subscription provides a ONE year replacement warranty for your heat massage heart. If for any reason your heart has become defective, please contact us at support@cherryblossomsubscription.com. You can ship the defective heart to us with proof of your purchase and we will gladly exchange the heart (no refunds can be issued). In order to put this warranty into effect, simply ship us your defective product along with a money order for the amount of $9.95 for shipping and handling to "Cherry Blossom Subscription" (please make all money orders to "Cherry Blossom Subscription"). Once we have received your request, we will be able to ship you the replacement to the address that you have provided. Hearts lose warranty if misused or punctured. Feel free to contact us for any further questions or concerns at support@cherryblossomsubscription.com
